If you need help you could consider buying an hours set up and we can look at it together. When you export using the post processor you'll get DXF files with the correct layer names and you then have to load the file into MasterCam with the special open technical DXF command. Mazak IndustryArena Forum > CAM Software > UG NX > Make Fanuc lathe. This can be used as a template to set up your own post processor, you'll have to change the tool numbers and edge drilling codes. Mastercam also has an extensive library of available post processors. If you double click the file and accept the registry modifications it will set up some new post processors among which you'll find a DXF-MasterWood pp. If you down load the Quick Design libraries you'll find a Polyboard6-en.reg file in the polyboard-en folder. The set up of the layer name must follow the coding explained in the MasterWood manual section 4.9 DXF format. MasterWood uses the layer names to automatically apply tooling to the DXF files. I'm supposing that you are using MasterWorks for a MasterWood CNC and that Mastercam is a sub program of MasterWood.
