![]() ![]() Please note that like all 3D printed products, there may be some minor surface blemishes, even though we print everything on high-end prosumer grade printers in a heated chamber and enclosure. Even though the translucent color filaments start out as clear, once 3D printed, the final product takes on a more "frosty" appearance due to the nature of 3D printing (layers and refraction). For budget friendly setup, check out something like Harbor Freight's 2 HP dust collector. The cheap garage vacs are high-velocity low-volume, which don't work as well as the vacuum volume is very low. These dust collecting hoods work BEST with a low-velocity HIGH-VOLUME dust collector vacuum. These holes/slots will need to be covered up with something like tape otherwise the vacuum force will be too dispersed through these holes, instead of being aimed downwards. Unlike the Ridgid's blade guard, Deltas have a bunch of slots in the plastic blade guard wings. This system will require some minor modification to your stock blade guard.
